Hi There! One thing I have learned through this journey is that the more you know, the easier it is. I educate myself so much that it I understand what happens to the body when you consume things like processed foods, fast food, sugary drinks, etc. and it is easier to pass on those because of it.
Let me be honest, it is not easy, but it has definitely helped me a TON. I know I'm not perfect, and I'm still learning, but I'm hoping these resources help others reach their goals!
